*Ask your child to read a passage out loud and ask them questions-
How was the character feeling? Why did the character …? Why did the author use the word/phrase? etc.
Encouage your child to read from avariety of sources & ask them more questions.
Play thesaurus games
Pracise fraction, decimal, percentage equivalents.
Practise all 4 operations with your child ( add, subtract, multiply, divide)
